From the feedback we have had over the years, we find that we are well placed to offer our specialist advice & service
to assist you and make the whole process simple.
The following is a rough guide to how owner Michael Bartle and his friendly staff go about helping you every step of
the way and to provide you with a truly beutiful kitchen that will enhance & add value to your home.

- Decide roughly what sort of kitchen you want and where units / appliances go in the room, if you do this before we measure
up it will save you time.
- Pop into the shop to view our photographs, designs and many displays or email / telephone Falcon Pine on the numbers below
to arrange an appointment for Michael to pop out to measure up in your home.
- If Michael is out fitting / measuring up then leave contact details & he will telephone you on his return to discuss
and arrange measuring up in your home.
- Once at your home, Michael will carefully look at your room, measure up and consider all the options. He will then take
down all your other requirements and listen to how you would like the kitchen to be made and he will give you lots of advice
on where he feels it is best to place appliances,sinks and units etc.
- An exact quotation and a detailed sketch of your kitchen plan as well as many information sheets will be sent in the post
to you within 3 days, with us keeping a copy of the details. All prices are exact / exclusive with nothing added on top, so
the price we give is the price you pay.
- Once you recieve the plan and quote, get in touch with Michael and he will finalise the plan and make changes if you require.
- Should you wish to order then a 40% deposit should be left & a receipt givern to you (20% none - fitted work)
- A order sheet is filled in, contact numbers /address etc & a completion and fitting date agreed.
- Around a week before your kitchen is completed in our workshops Michael will contact you to ensure
the fitting date is still ok with you.
- Fitting a kitchen usually takes around 5 days for a full kitchen.
- Final payment in full to be paid upon satisfied acceptance of the kitchen with all the usual customer rights
included
