Over the years we have introduced many players into Sunday League football and continue to do so today.

Several of the lads that joined us when aged 16 upwards are listed below to illustrate what we are about, we prefer to sign younger players as a rule and bring them on rather than getting players that move from club to club.

  • Scott Allinson, went on to become a main Pine player - maybe  even has legend status ? Aged just 16 when he joined us via an advert in the paper.
  • Adam Grady, arrived with Scott but due to work never continued after the 2nd season which was a shame as he was very good.
  • Sam Rowe, aged just 17 Sam is in the current crop of youngsters.
  • Chris Rose, aged 18 Chris has the ability but just needs to be there week in week out to give himself a chance of starting games.
  • Matt Holroyd, now a seasoned player but when he joined he was a raw ginger lad who played right back that had never even played up front !.....all time top goalscorer for Falcon Pine.
  • Nick Caufield, aged 17 when he joined and was establishing himself before he suffered an illness that has knocked him back but we hope he will be fit and ready in time for next season.
  • Ashley Gibson, aged 17 when he arrived and did quite well but taking a break from football at the moment.
  • Luke Craggs, aged 18 Craggsy needs to set his alarm clock as before his recent bad timekeeping he was establishing himself but still got many years of football ahead of him and we hope he sticks at it.
  • Lee Midgley, a founder player and aged about 19 when he joined us.He has gone on to make the left back position his own.
  • Adam Probets, ive lost count of the number of goals he has scored this season ! Aged just 18 he has a fantastic future ahead of him.
  • Ben Orchard is the latest to join us, an ex Manchester United youth player, Ben is already a top keeper and will be a fantastic player for Pine and aged just 19.
